Refund Policy

• 7-day return window from date of delivery
• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Opened products eligible for replacement if quality issues are found
• Proof of purchase required

Opened food products without quality defects cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Sale items and promotional products may have different return terms.

1. Contact our support team with your order number
2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
3. Ship the product back to us
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD orders receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
